Have a concern about traffic safety, infrastructure, schools, or city services in Hampton or Newport News? We want to hear about it. Send us:
- A description of the problem
- The location (intersection, street, school, etc.)
- How long it's been going on
- Any prior communication with the city about it
We can't take on every issue, but we review everything we receive. If your concern is something we can research and advocate on, we'll follow up.

We're looking for residents who want to help — whether that means attending a city council meeting, researching policy, knocking on doors, or just spreading the word. No experience needed. Just caring about where you live.
